All paid plans include email support at support@oku.app.
If you can’t sign in, email us with your Apple ID and the last time you successfully signed in.
Before you email
- Share your device (iPhone / iPad model + iOS version).
- Screenshot or describe the screen where you’re stuck.
- Include the story title and chapter if relevant.
Fix sign-in issues
- Confirm you’re on the latest App Store build.
- Force-quit and reopen Oku; retry iCloud sign-in.
- Check System Settings → iCloud → iCloud Drive is enabled.
- On shared devices, ensure only one Apple ID is signed in.
Manage subscription
Billing is handled by Apple. Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
We can’t change billing cycles or refund charges directly; Apple manages refunds per their policies.
Payment or refund problems
If Restore Purchases doesn’t unlock content, email us with:
- App Store receipt (screenshot or forwarded email)
- Your Apple ID (masked is fine, e.g., a***@icloud.com)
- The story/chapter you tried to unlock
Data & privacy
For GDPR/CCPA requests, email privacy@oku.app from your account email and include:
- Apple ID or in-app account email
- Country of residence
- Request type: data export / deletion / correction
