You must be of legal age to use the app and responsible for maintaining the security of your account and device.

Use of the app

• Personal, non-commercial use unless separately agreed in writing.
• Do not misuse the app (no scraping, reverse engineering, or abusing services).
• Content may include user-generated material; you’re responsible for what you upload or share.

Subscriptions & billing

Purchases are handled by Apple. Manage billing in Apple ID settings. We cannot issue refunds directly; Apple’s policies apply.

Content & IP

All app content, branding, and code are owned by us or our licensors. Limited license is granted for personal use. Feedback you provide may be used to improve the product.

Data & privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data. By using the app, you consent to that handling.

Disclaimers

Service is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.

Termination

We may suspend or end access for misuse or legal reasons. You may stop using the app at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
